RETURNS

Have confidence in ordering with MyLuvableBaby.com, if you are dissatisfied with any of our products, you may return the item for a full refund with in 30 days with the exception of bath products (see bath policy return policy below).

Bath Product Return Policy - You are allowed to open and inspect the products. We do NOT accept returns on bathing or potty items that have been used for hygiene reasons or because a consumer has had a change of heart. Notification of a return must be received within 15 days and no product will be accepted without prior return authorization.

WARRANTIES

All items, if any, are warranted directly by the manufacturers. No other warranty either expressed or implied is offered by TSE Enterprises,LLC. My Luvable Baby is not responsible for normal wear & tear, abuse, or mistreatment of item(s). Items which are reported defective within 30 days of receipt will be replaced or if requested, a refund will be issued. SHIPPING

Shipping Policy - Please note our products come from numerous warehouses around the country and are set-up on our website to calculate on a per item basis by individual weight/size, etc. If you order multiple items from our website and some or all come from the same warehouse you will receive a refund for any excess shipping collected. Each order is reviewed by our customer service department to ensure that the shipping was calculated correctly.

We normally ship all in stock items within 5 business days from the time your order is received. Our cribs and furniture will take up to 4 to 6 weeks. Orders are usually shipped via UPS and actual delivery time will vary according to your UPS Zone. (in most cases it averages 5-10 business days from the day that the order was placed) Any item that is "out of stock" will be backordered and will be shipped immediately upon it's arrival in our warehouse.

Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control will require additional shipping time. Holiday seasons, large orders, custom items, special orders and out of stock items may take longer. Some items may be temporarily out of stock for as long as 2 to 6 weeks weeks due to color, style, size or other unforeseen circumstance. We will contact you if items are backordered and customers will be notified if item ordered has been discontinued or is no longer available.

If you are requesting a rush order and require delivery before times indicated, please e-mail for current shipping times for particular products and locations.

Shipping and Handling charges are based on merchandise totals BEFORE any discounts. We will ship via FEDEX Ground or UPS Ground depending on the weight of the product and time of day it is released from the warehouse.

SALES TAXES

My Luvable Baby does NOT charge sales tax for orders placed outside of Arizona! If you order within the state of Arizona, you will be charged an additional 7.85% for sales tax.

BACKORDERS

In the rare instance that an item is on backorder after you have placed an order with us, we will notify you within 48 hours of the order and find the best resolution for the order.

CANCELLATIONS
